Calli Weaver Colorization

First I chose a picture of a few World War Two nurses off Google.

Second I colored and over layed the crosses in their dresses.

Third I colored what in guessing to be the head nurses dress.

Fourth i colored the two ladies on the sides dresses a light brown because that is how I imagine them looking back then. 

Fifth I colored the ladies on up top on the sides different shade of brown because they looked better and black made them look like the had morph suits on.

As if right now, I'm going color the nurses dresses a light blue. not all of the dresses are going to be the same color because of shading.

Right now, I'm going row, by row, coloring the dresses so I don't get confused, and it's just easier for me to go little by little, instead of doing everyting at once. 

I'm having trouble with the nurse on the bottom row, all the way to the left. For some reason I can't seam to color her dress. I don't know whats going on with it, but I'm trying to fix it.
