History colorized

Hello there, I am Travis Mistry and I am proud to present my colorized version of Anne Frank. Before I show my photoshop project I want you to know that I was very nervous about picking her as a historical figure to colorize. I was mainly scared because I know I'm really bad at photoshop and I didn't want to offend anyone. Hope you find it at least decent. : )

On the first day I tried working on the background.

          I choose brown because the background on my reference

 picture was brown 

I used multiple steps to get to the brown
